We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband first left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any much more. He stated he necessary time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large quantity of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new place to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was really strange behaviour for him and totally out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just after he had left our client.
We had been able to supply our client with all the evidence she needed to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that soon after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years.
